About Your Rental
All cottages provide pillows and blankets, fully equipped kitchens and the amenities listed.
Please bring your own linens, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, washcloths, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and anything personal.
Deposit / Additional Fees
All properties require a $500 Security Deposit.
The 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax will be added to all weekly rates.
A $65 Cleaning Fee is added to all rentals.
For pets, if allowed, an additional $200 Security Deposit is Required.
