The Lake Region in Southwestern Vermont has been a summer and winter destination for over 100 years. This string of crystal clear lakes and ponds, surrounded by rolling hills, offers the best of Vermont. Excellent swimming, fishing, boating and golfing in the summer, apple picking and hiking in the fall, alpine and nordic skiing or snowmobiling in the winter. Nearby towns such as Manchester, Rutland, and Middlebury offer a variety of restaurants and shops, plus there are many places of historical and cultural interest in the area as well. The lake houses are grouped by lake. When you see a house you like, click on the picture of the home for additional details. On the house info page, click on “Check Availability” to check available dates. Then click on “Email Inquiry” to send us an email with any questions you have about the properties.
Rental Costs/What to Bring
All properties require a $500 Security Deposit * 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax is added to the weekly rates * $65 Cleaning Fee is added to all rentals * Items to bring: All linens, sheets, towels, kitchen towels, washcloths, etc. , garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, all your personal stuff * All cottages provide: pillows and blankets, fully equipped kitchens and the amenities listed
